Our Team:
The Audio Cloud Technology team at Bauer Media Audio is responsible for transforming
on-premise broadcast systems into cloud-based solutions. Our mission is to provide a
scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud infrastructure that supports both traditional
broadcast and digital audio streaming. We work with cutting-edge technologies to create
seamless, integrated systems that span Bauer Media’s audio operations across multiple
countries.

The Main Focus of the Role:
As an Audio Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in the migration of Bauer Media’s
broadcast systems to the cloud. You will collaborate with internal teams and external
vendors to design, build, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring that it is
reliable, scalable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage the migration of on-premise broadcast systems to cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
 Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to deploy and
manage cloud-based applications.

 Collaborate with the Group Technology Cloud team to ensure cloud infrastructure
meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.
 Implement DevOps practices such as continuous integration (CI) and continuous
delivery (CD) to streamline cloud operations.
 Monitor and troubleshoot cloud system performance to ensure seamless
broadcasting operations.
 Provide support and maintenance for cloud-based systems, ensuring high
availability and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:
 Essential Skills:
o 3-5 years of experience working in cloud environments, with hands-on
knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
o Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and
Kubernetes.
o Experience in DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD pipelines and
automated deployment.
o Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based
environments.
o Familiarity with broadcast systems and technologies is a plus but not
required.
