Infrastructure Manager

Join us as an Infrastructure Manager, to help shape and deliver transformative infrastructure solutions across the organisation. This role sits within our infrastructure transformation function, where we design scalable solutions, support change across systems and processes, and help teams adopt new ways of working. You’ll make a meaningful impact while collaborating with people who value clarity, progress, and innovation.

To be successful as an Infrastructure Manager, you should have experience with and preferred skills in:

• Cloud architecture – working with both on-premise and cloud migration frameworks, using native tooling where needed. You understand full-stack application migration and how it supports reliable, scalable infrastructure.
• Product and change – applying product practices and following governance and compliance standards during infrastructure transitions. You help shape change that fits the organisation’s needs.
• Continuous improvement and performance – introducing tools and processes that support better ways of working. You encourage retrospectives and feedback loops to build a culture of ongoing improvement.

• Strategic thinking and business awareness – linking infrastructure work with broader goals. You move comfortably through varied environments and make thoughtful choices that support long-term outcomes.
• Familiarity with change processes and risk in technical settings – using structured approaches to change. You recognise and address risks during transitions and upgrades.
