Job Description:

Key Points - Sr. BA Role (10+ yrs), Cloud Migration Experience is Must Have,

Notice Period - 15 days (max) 

Key Responsibilities

• • • Responsible for managing business analysis activities for assigned project, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements using standard methodology and templates, ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations and standards. Developing and documenting detailed business requirements and use cases, solving complex queries and act as a point of escalation for more junior members of the team.
    • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, participating in system testing and user acceptance testing, monitoring and reporting on project progress and issues, identifying opportunities for system additions and any required changes.
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, whilst facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business requirements and project deliverables.
    • Supporting the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives.
    • Experience of delivery to Cloud technology is essential. 
    • Ability to operate at enterprise scale, specifically around operational readiness, customer journey thinking, business readiness, control attestation, and cloud experience
