3rd Line Support Engineer

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Network Engineer with knowledge of Virtualised and traditional network solutions to join a small team on a secure customer site. You will play an integral part of a 3L team, and your role will involve providing support across multi-site domains using the latest technologies within a secure environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, can-do individual to be involved from the build of the system to supporting it when live. There will also be an element of On Call Cover.

This role will be based in Hampshire, however engineers may be asked to travel to other sites as required.

Your experience

• Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• 3rd line support of:
  • Cisco Firepower
  • Juniper switches
  • Virtualised Networks (VMWare NSXT)
  • Network performance monitoring and analysis
  • Knowledge of Storage and Backup Technologies would be advantageous.

Please note, this role requires candidates to hold highest level government security clearance, with demonstratable experience of working in high security environments.
