DSA is seeking a Help Desk Manager with an active SECRET Clearance to work on our Team at the Picatinney Arsenal. This position is contingent upon award:
Requirements include:
• CompTIA A+ Certified
• CompTIA Security+ Certified
3 years minimum experience providing SAP user support, via Army GFEBS and LMP DBS administrative support, to include account administration utilizing GRC, system Fiscal Year closeout procedures such as PS module project rebuilds and helpdesk ticket support on common user issues within all modules of the system. SECRET clearance required.
Army experience supporting ERPs.
Duties include:
Provide Help Desk support to Army Enterprise systems such as GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) and LMP (Logistics Modernization Program), as well as AC owned DBS such as FIRE (Financial Integrated Reporting Environment). Information Technology support for approx. 300+ employees across multiple applications.
