We are actively seeking a top-tier Informatica Solution Lead with expertise in Informatica’s C360 and R360 to lead the design and implementation of key customer data management solutions which directly impact the client's customer engagement strategies.
This opportunity is open to remote candidates; however, preference will be given to candidates in the Dallas, TX area.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Review the scope of Customer Master Data subject and understand and/or clarify specific foundational as well as ‘nice to have’ requirements
• Review entity, attribute, and hierarchy list and deliver the design recommendations for C360 data, modeling design and development.
• Review C360 architecture landscape and provide best practices/feedback for implementation specific to the client’s needs
• Deliver Ingress/CDI process design with client preferred design patterns
• Deliver Egress/CDI process design with client recommended design patterns
• Design and deliver the best practices for Data Quality, Match and merge and survivorship functionality, and Data Enrichment for C360
• Design and deliver the C360 and R360 workflows/CAI components
• Work with client administrators to setup secure agent , network configuration, SSO setup and user provisioning
• Design and deliver user roles definitions
• Participate in overall solutioning and design
• Lead the technical implementation of the project
• Conduct reviews and health checks for the sprint deliverables
• Conduct/demo C360 capabilities to project/business team
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Technical Skills:
• Extensive hands-on experience with design and implementation of large enterprise-scale MDM and RDM solutions (5+ years)
• Expert level hands-on experience with Informatica C360 – At least 2 successful implementations (5+ years)
• Extensive experience in a variety of ‘data management roles including data architect, data modeler, database designer, and data engineer
• Hands-on experience with cloud technology and applications, specifically AWS
• Proficiency in Python and Spark for data processing and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data management, data analytics and pipeline creation.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging queues for data ingestion and integration.
• Strong SQL skills for database querying and manipulation.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Ability to abstract and transform data to meet business requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines.
Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent communication (verbal and written and presentation) skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to document processes and frameworks clearly for future reference.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism
Minimum Education Required: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (Databricks, Kafka) are a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $97,700 - $213,800.
