Our Team:
The Audio Cloud Technology team is at the heart of Bauer Media Audio’s
transformation into a cloud-based operation. We are responsible for migrating multiple
on-premise broadcast applications to a cloud platform while ensuring integration and
seamless operations. Our goal is to deliver a scalable and reliable infrastructure for
Bauer’s digital and broadcast audio output.

The Main Focus of the Role:
As an Audio Cloud Application Specialist, you will lead the migration of Bauer Media’s
on-premise broadcast applications to a cloud-based system. You will be responsible for
working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the technical and operational
success of these migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the migration of existing on-premise broadcast applications to cloud-based
platforms while minimizing disruption to the business.
 Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to define migration paths and
ensure applications meet evolving business requirements.
 Oversee the integration of cloud-based applications with existing systems and
ensure workflows operate smoothly.

 Ensure that all cloud-based applications conform to security standards and
legislative requirements.
 Provide post-migration support and monitor the performance of cloud-based
applications, proactively addressing issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:
 Essential Skills:
o 3-5 years of experience working in a cloud or broadcast technology
function.
o Proven experience in migrating broadcast applications to cloud platforms
such as AWS or Azure.
o Strong understanding of integration platforms and experience with
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and
with external suppliers.
o Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
as they arise.
