We’re looking for a talented and visionary Lead software engineer to fill this new role to help keep our market leading software at the forefront of the transportation industry. As a Lead Software Developer here at Tracsis you will be an integral part of our continuing growth and evolving our technology offering.

Technical Stack & experience

You dont need to have all the below experience as we are happy to offer training in certain areas.

• Strong programming/software development skills and experience of one or more of the following: Delphi, C#, C++, Java or other functional programming languages. 
• Comfortable working with and finding solutions to complex problems.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.

The Interview process for this role will be made up of 3 stages, a technical assessment, teams interview with the development team and then a final stage teams interview with the SLT.
