As part of Tech Nation's 2021 Finclusion programme, Auden is delighted to host a session sharing best practice on how consumer listening can impact the way FinTechs tackle financial inclusion.
We’ll start by hearing stories from real people from the Auden ‘Let’s Talk Money’ community and then bring in experts to talk about both the challenges and inspiration 'real' people bring to businesses looking to develop tech solutions to financial exclusion. We hope the learnings from our event will inspire other FinTechs to put consumers at the heart of product design and UX on an ongoing basis.
