Missguided, where do I start? Do we start with Code School? Extensive engineering knowledge? Tailored career progression? It’s hard to choose with so many good things. Well, I’ll start from the beginning.
I started as a software engineer during the Covid era, so I have always worked remotely since day one. Missguided is the second organisation I have worked for, and for me, starting a remote job is not new.
Here at Missguided in the Software Development team, we have (among many others) two passions: writing great code and training great developers. The two things are very closely related, and one of the main concepts to achieving both is an understanding of strongly typed code. In this article I’m going to cover what strongly typed code is, and how we use it at Missguided.
Our HQ is based in Manchester yet we have all been working remotely for the last year. We will continue to operate a hybrid model to give our team flexibility.
