STEP ONE

Application Screen

A short 30 minute discovery call with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners

STEP TWO

1st stage Interview

Your first interview will arguably be with the most important person, your potential new line manager. This is another fairly relaxed conversation about your experience, which typically lasts for one hour.

STEP THREE

Technical Assessment

This is a take home assessment, it is bespoke to Adaptavist and meaningful. You might be required to share or elaborate further on a separate call.

STEP FOUR

Peer Panel Interview

Here you will meet your wider team and direct stakeholders. This interview typically includes other engineers and product managers aligned to the product.
