AND is on a mission to close the world’s skill gap by accelerating the digital capabilities of ambitious organisations. To do this, we need thinkers, tinkerers, passionate software craftspeople and inspiring technologists to help us solve these challenges.
We accelerate the development of world-class digital capabilities.
But what does that really mean? It means we work WITH our clients’ people to help them build great digital products faster. We don’t just build, charge and leave. We believe software and data are at the core of every business, and remains primarily a people and team-driven activity. This means every business needs a critical scale of its own permanent people for it to be great at software and data.
We Guide, Build, and Equip. Integrating our team of digital experts with our client’s people, we help deliver digital products and equip their people with the skills and capabilities they need to continue to thrive.
Our values
WONDER: There’s no end to our curiosity: we love to explore the impossible, the ‘what ifs’ - but we love to make them a reality even more.
SHARE: We want to raise the bar and smash ceilings: we do this by giving back and lifting up, helping others to grow alongside us.
DELIGHT: Good is a given: we demand more. We look for joy in the work we do, delivering services and products that people love and value. Our goals and values help us take the steps with our ANDis and our clients in making a remarkable impact - globally.
Why Choose AND?
We are proud to put our people, ANDis, at the heart of AND. This mindset leads to every one of ANDis to make a remarkable impact for our clients - building products AND their capability. This is what makes AND the provider of choice for our clients,
The five key reasons why clients choose AND as their partner.

Leeds Digital Festival is coming up at the end of September. After a summer of vacations and R&R (if you were lucky) we’re excited at the chance to regroup with a community of ambitious and creative people to discuss some of the tough challenges and exciting ideas that we’ll be engaging with for the rest of this year and into 2022.

Our session will focus on graduates and career starters who are interested in getting into technology careers. We aim to share insights and stories into how you can stand out in the graduate crowd from one of our amazing graduate recruiters, Sharan Nijjar, and transferable skills with the wonderful Rabi Ahmuda.
This session will start with a fun, interactive activity to break the ice, followed by the aforementioned inspirational talks. We will then jump into the panel portion of the event, covering two exciting topics around:

The audience will have the opportunity to share their questions via chat for the panel.

To mark International Women’s Day on March 8, we have two very important events scheduled. On March 10, we’re holding Career Insights for Women in Tech, featuring a number of AND Digital team members and an extremely exciting keynote speech from Dame Stephanie Shirley, but before that - on IWD itself - we’re running a webinar on calling out gender bias in the workplace in line with this years universal break the bias theme.
Recently, we spoke to software engineer Norbert Nagy about life at AND. We're continuing our series looking at some of the people that make AND Digital special with a Q&A with Associate Software Developer Ryan Gilbert from our Manchester Club, Kilburn.
A customer data platform, or CDP, is a critical part of every company’s marketing tech stack. Without it, not only is it difficult to properly know your customers, it’s also practically impossible to take actions and develop campaigns and messaging that are properly personalised.
