CARES also creates veteran opportunities at MetroStar through Hiring our Heroes and wear blue: run to remember. Furthermore, the company’s passion for education has resulted in six formal partnerships with universities.

Each intern class gets a real use case, real deadlines, and mentors who are really passionate about creating impactful IT. Interns graduate from the program with experience working on cross-functional teams, which mimics the scrum teams and customers they’ll support and lead throughout their career.
