Our ERG’s celebrating diversity
We understand that strength lies in difference. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) support each, and our organisation, to become stronger. They help build awareness and understanding of inclusion and diversity so that everyone can be their true self and reach their full potential.
Each ERG is ran by a committee of colleagues who volunteer from across the company. They develop programmes of activity, which further our DEI goals and provide lots of opportunities for all of us to engage on different topics.

Keep connected through hybrid working
We understand more than ever that different moments call for different environments. A quiet place to focus or space to collaborate. The important thing is that it works for us all.
Our future for office-based teams is hybrid, a mix between home and office working. This approach provides the flexibility to work in ways that are most productive and keeps us connected with our teams regardless of their location.
As we evolve overtime and adapt to hybrid working, we will always prioritise safety, health and wellbeing.
