About Us
We believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future in a technology-driven world. As strategies, technologies and innovation collide, we create opportunity from complexity. Our diverse teams of experts combine innovative thinking and breakthrough use of technologies to progress further, faster. Our clients adapt and transform, and together we achieve enduring results.
We’re proud of what we do
Clients partner with us to re-imagine and design their customer experience, improve the technology that powers it, and develop the capability to better manage it themselves.
How we work
We work extremely collaboratively – with our clients and with each other. While our project teams are nearly always an exciting mix of disciplines from across the business, we do have four distinct capabilities within Digital. Find out about these below.
What we offer
Stimulating work that improves people’s lives, opportunities to learn from brilliant people and a supportive culture where you can thrive – just some of the reasons we love it here.
Diversity & Inclusion
We’re committed to building an inclusive and diverse place to work, where everyone can be their true self. By creating such an environment, we’re giving our people the chance to excel at what they do and deliver enduring results for our clients.
Our values
We’re committed to creating visible and sustained value for our clients. We’re proud of our clients and what they think of us. And we build long-lasting relationships with them, responding to and anticipating their needs.
We’re proud to be part of a team of brilliant people – our firm’s most prized asset. We’re passionate about supporting each other in our continued growth to fulfil our ambitions.
We work collaboratively in diverse teams, shoulder to shoulder with our clients. We achieve more together than we could alone.
We prize our integrity and honesty. We strive to do ‘the right thing’ rather than ‘the easy thing’. This guides us through the responsibility of day-to-day activities, and through our most difficult challenges.
We seek to excel in everything we do. We aspire to continually enhance our learning and are ambitious to grow our innovation and insight.
We’re proud of what we’re worth to our clients. We take personal responsibility for our commercial success, sharing and reinvesting our rewards.
Our initiatives
Diversity unlocks ingenuity. Yet women hold only a fraction of digital jobs. So, we’re inspiring a new generation of women to get into tech through free coding courses and inclusive events.
For centuries, defence was a male-dominated sector. But the contribution of women and importance of diversity are invaluable. To celebrate this, we’re founding partners of Women in Defence UK.

Our tech stack includes, but is not limited to:
We have always been open to discussions about remote working and have usually addressed this on a case-by-case basis.
Our hybrid way of working ( 2-3 days/week) is designed to help you plan your work and your life. We want decisions about ‘where to work’ to be governed by "the work we need to do" – whether that’s at client sites, offices/labs/studios, or remotely from home.
We have all of the necessary tools in place to do this – from conference calling to collaborative workshop programs – and will continue to adapt as the situation evolves.

Our Global Innovation and Technology Centre in Cambridge UK, is the heart of PA’s international network of design, engineering and innovation centres. It’s where we turn ingenious ideas into physical and digital reality.
The threat of identity theft via a data breach is heightened with the rise of attacks where ransomware threat actors both encrypt and ransom, and exfiltrate and leak their victims’ data. How does this evolution in cyber crime heighten risk for the enterprise, and what steps can we take to safeguard the personal data we hold?
The rise of artificial intelligence (AI) has created a lot of hype in recent years as its growing ability raises the question: will machines empower humans or make us redundant? While there’s no reason to fear the latter – our research shows AI creates more jobs than it replaces – things will certainly change.
The under-representation of women in cyber security is undeniable. Those working in cyber roles are more than twice as likely to be men than women. At the same time, nearly half of UK businesses lack the people and skills needed to protect their networks, digital services and data.
The journey to becoming ‘digital at the core’ isn’t the same for every organisation, and we understand the importance of taking a tailored route. To build a digital-first business, leaders must blend strategy and execution in a ‘think big, start small, scale fast’ approach.
