2020 was a watershed year on many fronts, and the ensuing social/political reckoning appears to have set the majority of organizations on a path toward an increased commitment to greater diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In technology there’s still a ways to go, but as the economy become increasingly digital we’re seeing signs of progress.
Networking has long been the static plumbing that just made connectivity happen, but that’s changing rapidly to address the demands of modern enterprise applications. Interconnect has to happen at higher levels of abstraction and with greater levels of automation to get to the scale required. Fears of robots gone wild in the network should be shelved in favor of managed API’s and automation platforms.
We operate a hybrid working model to give our team the flexibility they need. Our team visits the office in Manchester up to once per month.
