ENGINEERING
We run an advanced digital infrastructure that supports every area of the organisation. From Cloud architecture and micro services, to Amazon and Google platforms, Big Data and an ecommerce website, you'll find plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.
Our engineering teams are involved in a range of projects, such as building APIs and using machine learning. If you have the ability to understand business problems and develop solutions, you can build a successful career here.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Our IT team is responsible for keeping all our internal systems running and responding to any issues as quickly as possible.
This includes looking after laptops and PCs, keeping our networks, servers and applications working and ensuring all our systems are secure. The pace of a busy newsroom and all the teams that support it means you'll need to be good with people and able to adapt quickly to different priorities.
PRODUCT
We serve news to customers on a variety of platforms and work with digital partners such as Snapchat, Apple News, Facebook Instant Articles, Google Newsstand, Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
This team works closely with our partners to develop the products that enable people to access The Telegraph whenever and however they want to. Join us and you'll use your specialist technical knowledge to ensure we always meet our readers' needs.
INSIGHT AND ANALYTICS
Our insight and analytics teams work with the subscriptions, editorial and corporate teams to translate customer data into useful insights that shape our broader strategies.
We provide strategic analysis on the impact of new initiatives and work closely with the research team to evaluate marketing campaigns. In this team you'll need to combine commercial understanding with the ability to identify where you can support the organisation most effectively.
DATA SCIENCE
This team utilises big data sets, advanced machine learning tools and AI to spot meaningful trends that inform our strategy and optimise our offering.
Join us and you'll soon become accustomed to working with high-end mathematical techniques on long-term projects that build our capability and develop products in an agile way.

Twelve years ago, I began my career as a reporter on a local newspaper in London. My day-to-day life involved chasing news stories, conducting interviews (including a very brief one with Gordon Brown!) and crafting articles for a weekly print edition of the paper.
Hello there! My name’s Will Smith (insert Will Smith joke here...) and I’m the Diversity & Inclusion Specialist here at TMG. My role sits within the Human Resources team and I’ve been at TMG for nearly three months.
My name is Jade Clapham and I am currently doing an Events Apprenticeship at The Telegraph. Working in the consumer division of Telegraph Events I get the opportunity to work first hand on the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Festival, Telegraph Travel Live and Stella Live.
Apply to join us and you’ll find we hire solely on merit and commercial need. Our organisation relies on people with a range of skills, backgrounds and experiences, working collaboratively to meet rapidly changing needs.
