Our Remote Working Policy

Depending on the team that you join we can offer fully remote (within the UK) working options or a hybrid model. If you join a team following a hybrid model we want to encourage office attendance for the purpose of collaborating in person with your colleagues, on an as-needed basis. This in turn gives you the flexibility to decide when you come to the office based on your team's interactions.

Our Interview Process

STEP ONE

Create your Application

You've seen a role that's caught your interest. All you need to do now is click that apply button to answer a few questions and submit your CV to the team!

STEP TWO

Introduction Call

Once your initial application has been selected to progress through to the next stage, one of the members of the Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to arrange a 30-minute call, where they will get to know more about you and allow you to bring your CV to life.

STEP THREE

Competency Interview

The next step is a competency-based interview, where the Hiring Manager and another member of the team will ask you characteristic-based questions. Here they will assess you on the competencies needed for the role, as well as team/culture fit.

STEP FOUR

Technical Interview

This stage will involve a technical task, where the team will be able to assess your knowledge, capabilities and understanding at this point.

STEP FIVE

Final Stage

Here you will meet with one of the Senior Leadership Team members, where they will talk about how you have found the interview process and ask any final questions they need to discuss at this stage.

STEP SIX

Receiving an Offer if Successful

We’ll let you know our decision as soon as possible after your interview. If you have been successful, the recruiter you have been dealing with will be in touch to talk you through the final feedback and all of the details regarding the offer.
