We’ve built a culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, and a love of travel that allows us to not only help users every single day, but to impact the travel industry on a global scale.

Activity-based working 🧑‍💻

Activity-based working (ABW) is a belief that what we do drives where and how we work. Some roles are optimized in-office work whereas others require less face-to-face collaboration and therefore can be done primarily from home. Regardless, all full-time employees should expect to spend at least some in-person time with their colleagues.

We want our teams to reflect the diverse, global travel community that we serve. After all, different perspectives, experiences, and voices inspire us to think bigger, act more fearlessly, and remind us that we’re better together. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide a dedicated space to organize around shared identity and interests.
