We’re looking for a Senior Insurance Recruiter who doesn’t wait for talent to surface, but knows where to find it, how to engage it, and how to bring it in.
The Role
This is a high-impact role where success isn’t just measured by filling roles but by identifying and closing the kind of talent that will help MGT scale and differentiate. In this role, you will own recruiting across the insurance organization end to end. This includes underwriting, claims, actuarial, product, operations, and tech-enabled roles.
You likely come from an insurance recruiting/search firm and have built deep, trusted relationships across the industry. You know who the high performers are and who is open to doing things differently.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary of $130K–$160K with total compensation of $160K–$210K+ plus equity, with final offer based on experience, impact, and location.
