Join us as a Global Product Onboarding Analyst. At Barclays, our vision is clear – to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. The loaned staff member will support the Reference Data team by acting as a data analyst across Party and Legal Entity domains, working closely with Business, Operations, and Technology partners to drive remediation of issuer, counterparty, customer, and hierarchy data. The role involves extracting and validating datasets from enterprise platforms, using in‑house reconciliation and analytics tools to process large‑volume data, defining, and managing data‑quality and reconciliation rules, and leading root‑cause analysis of data defects through to governance‑approved closure.
To be successful as a Global Product Onboarding Analyst, you should have:
Experience working within client or counterparty‑focused operational environments
Ability to take ownership of complex data scenarios—interpreting, presenting, and communicating insights effectively to operational stakeholders
Demonstrated experience partnering with technology teams to enhance workflows
Proven capability to drive and recommend process improvements through data analysis, review, visualization, and interpretation
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience sourcing entity‑level information from external providers and resolving non‑standard scenarios. Familiarity with tools such as Quantexa, D&B, and Companies House is an advantage
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to manage and deliver time‑sensitive reporting
Well versed with tools such as Alteryx, SQL, or data visualization platforms
Relevant knowledge in areas such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative disciplines
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $64,000
Maximum Salary: $87,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
