What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage identity and access control systems across key strategic platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive access control initiatives aligned with corporate security policies and compliance standards.

Provide expert guidance on IAM tools, technologies, and best practices.

Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and design creative, effective solutions.

Develop, monitor, and report on IAM metrics and KPIs to measure progress and success.

Prepare clear and concise reports for management on the status of IAM efforts.

Deliver IAM training and awareness sessions for both technical and non-technical staff.

Stay current with emerging IAM trends, tools, and industry developments.

Integrate IAM solutions seamlessly into the broader IT infrastructure.

Support IAM-related projects and initiatives end-to-end.

What You Will Have
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of overall experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years specializing in Identity and Access Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in Windows (Azure, Active Directory) and/or AWS are highly desirable.

Non-Technical Skills
Strong understanding and ability to articulate the organization’s IAM strategy.

Knowledge of various IAM tools and the ability to recommend suitable solutions.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and project administration abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Capability to develop and deliver training to diverse audiences.

Technical Skills
Experience with directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Entra.

Knowledge of security protocols including SSH and TLS.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Ruby.

Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., Secret Server, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity).

Familiarity with database concepts and relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server.

Comfortable working with multiple operating systems including Azure, Windows, Unix/Linux.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
