As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a Delivery Lead to help drive high-impact initiatives, foster collaboration, and ensure successful delivery across our product engineering teams.

🧭 Your Mission

As a Delivery Lead, you’ll be the glue between engineering, product, and business teams—leading delivery across major projects and helping shape the future of how we build and release software.

• Oversee delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies and driving outcomes.
• Champion agile and lean practices, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed with clear, consistent updates.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and remove blockers to keep teams moving.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and coaching.
• Support the Principal Delivery Lead in shaping long-term delivery strategy and culture.

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years in a dedicated delivery role, ideally in large-scale agile environments.
• Proven experience influencing Director-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, lean thinking, and systems thinking.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience leading software delivery teams.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
