As a Product Delivery Director within Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and operational excellence of talent acquisition and onboarding programs. You will utilize your expertise with a deep understanding of the candidate, recruiter, and HR employee experience, to ensure all initiatives align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. You will partner across HR, business units, technology, go-to-market, controls, legal, and compliance to enable seamless, scalable, and innovative talent solutions within a complex ecosystem of applications.
Job responsibilities
Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
Oversee the portfolio of talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, resource optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve program efficiency, candidate experience, and functional coordination across teams.
Develop and execute strategies for program reporting, communications, and change initiatives to support portfolio management and business objectives.
Implement tracking of controls, financials, resourcing needs, and key prioritization decisions for all talent acquisition and onboarding programs.
Leverage agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and facilitate collaboration. Oversee and integrate a complex ecosystem of applications supporting talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
Demonstrated experience in program management, talent acquisition, onboarding, or related HR operations
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive portfolio-level adoption of standards and best practices
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience managing and integrating a complex ecosystem of applications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Recognized thought leader within a related field
Recognized thought leader in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR program management
Experience operating within agile methodologies and product development frameworks
Proven ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement in talent programs
Experience in financial management and resource optimization for large portfolios
