Your future duties and responsibilities
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint planning, Sprint Review, Sprint retrospective meetings and taking part in software and architectural design activities
• Developing an understanding of the Transaction Monitoring Products (TM), how they have been implemented, the services provided to the business and processes that support it.
• Developing, maintaining, and sharing a suite of documentation which defines the end-to end data model, including Extraction, Transformation, Loading and use in target application.
• Writing high quality user stories and discussing with other squad members, both QA and engineers
• Employing data querying and analytical techniques to support the understanding of data and creatin of reports and actionable intelligence
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Data Analysis experience, using SQL, ideally Hadoop or other Big Data environments.
• Experience with ETL experience and on ETL projects where you have been involved with data mappings and transformations
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to self-start new projects/initiatives & explore data independently
• Strong communication Skills, with ability to interpret and draft in both technical and non- technical language
• Data and financial services domain experience
