As a Senior Product Associate in Acquisition and Enablement Platform, you play a pivotal role in driving innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. Job responsibilities
Own the product backlog for core features and components – Build the product backlog for the Automation Platform Feature team and drive feature enhancements and modernization work from inception to production
Manage key relationships by working with engineering, architecture, analytics, automation team and a diverse set of product teams to understand their needs and program goals
Communicate effectively and frequently by being vocal and sharing the product vision with the teams and articulate the questions and answers needed to build the right features that provide value to customers
Be a center for knowledge as the ideal candidate has deep curiosity about the digital experience space and a desire to connect that curiosity and knowledge to the teams that can effect change
Be a technical and customer problem solver by asking questions and defining the problem and where it sits in the Chase ecosystem
Understand the technologies and approaches in use and those we should be using to drive our objectives for these technical products
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience as a technical product manager with a strong background in managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities
Good understanding of technologies including Automation test suite (Gherkin, Saucelabs, Mock tools), UI, API, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, etc.
A customer obsessed individual with the ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with engineers and technical partners, and an ability to translate customer needs into clear business requirements
Demonstrated experience leading teams through discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation
Ability to translate disparate insights and data sources into clear, measurable, scalable features and deliverables
Demonstrated ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly dynamic environment
Strong partnership, consulting, and influence skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
AWS Certifications
Deep understanding of APIs, Transactional data, and working within a service as a product framework
Experience working in financial services, acquisition, digital products, online and mobile platforms, etc.
Ability to prioritize a large book of work, meetings, team dynamics, and overall discovery
Ability to communicate to stakeholders with diverse points of view and maintain grounded and productive discussions, including senior leadership level audience
Prior software development experience is a plus
