The Premier League’s IT Team are looking for two IT Technicians with first and second line support
experience. The role will work within the Service Desk team to help provide IT support to both The
Premier League and PGMOL, ensuring all support expectations are exceeded and staff remain as
IT efficient as possible. The preferred candidates will have excellent IT skills and a strong
background in a service role.

we do in conjunction with the Clubs also goes far beyond the 90 minutes. We support and provide
a framework for youth development, we protect the organisation’s intellectual property, support
the wider game and community programmes, undertake international development work and
liaise with governing bodies and other leagues.
Our hybrid-working model also allows you some variety on your place of work, offering you the
chance to work from home on one day each week. Where possible, you will attend the office or
site visits in line with our company policy. All staff liaise closely with their line manager to manage
their time appropriately and according to their work and team requirements.
The role
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing local IT support to all staff at the Premier League London Office,
whilst also providing remote support alongside the rest of the Service Desk
team in all other offices
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming incidents within agreed SLA targets
• Providing general support and maintenance of all laptops and mobile
devices
• Office 365 administration
• User account and domain management
• Maintaining the Software and Hardware inventories
• Assisting the IT department in any projects they are involved in
• Management and support of all printers and photocopiers
• Management and support of onsite Audio-Visual equipment
• Producing and improving the corporate IT Knowledge Base
• Maintaining assets in CMDB system

Requirements for the role
Individual should have:
• Proven experience working in a similar technical IT role
• Experience providing support for desktop platforms including Windows 10 and Mac
• Proficiency with Office 365 administration and full Office Suite
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory
• Intune administration
• Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware faults
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Confidence in communicating with people and understanding their IT concerns
• IT Service Management tool knowledge
• Ability to form strong working relationships to best assist all staff, as well as
having a good logical approach to problem solving
