JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
As a Product Delivery Manager VP in our Product Management team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.


You will organize project deliverables and activities in accordance with the strategic direction and goals of the organization, evaluate method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvements, produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle as well as analyze program risks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the product delivery process from start to finish, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting. Additionally, identifies and escalates opportunities to enhance efficiencies and improve functional coordination.
  • Oversees the execution of change management activities across various functional partners, ensuring compliance with the firm's risk, control, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Efficiently manages timelines and dependencies, monitors and addresses blockers, and collaborates with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Facilitate the adoption and adaptation of agile methodologies within teams and provide guidance, training, and support to propel continuous improvement and high performance
  • Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  • Enable agile project delivery by facilitating the prioritization of tasks and managing resources to effectively address complex situations to achieve project goals
  • Analyze and interpret policies, identify key barriers, and apply your critical thinking skills to address challenges within the product development lifecycle
  • Tracks and communicates team progress as it relates to the agreed-upon plan

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area including a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Possesses a deep understanding of delivery with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experienced in managing product or platform-wide releases, as well as overseeing deployment processes and strategies
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices
  • Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals
  • Showcase proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Recommended skills/tools – agile delivery & methodologies, JIRA, JIRA Align
  • Experience with MS Office applications required (Excel/ PowerPoint)
