The Sr Product Architect(ISG) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative solutions using Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 within the InsuranceNow platform. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance product architecture ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust product architecture solutions using Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 to meet business needs and enhance system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of InsuranceNow platform features optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and technical support to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design and development of new features and functionalities ensuring they meet the needs of Property & Casualty Insurance clients.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of product architecture to ensure reliability security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.
• Ensure documentation of architecture designs and technical specifications is accurate and up-to-date for future reference.
• Engage in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align product architecture with business goals and market trends.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that improve customer experience and drive societal impact. Qualifications
• Extensive experience in Velocity 1.7 and Java 8 with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
• Strong understanding of the InsuranceNow platform and its application within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in hybrid work environments demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 23rd 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $140- $160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
