As a Senior Product Associate in Credit Card Services, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a equivalent engineering field.
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to influence and partner / collaborate to drive cross-functional teams without authority.
- Applying design thinking (client journey, UX / UI, moments of truth) and comfortable explaining target state customer experiences to stakeholders and technology teams through wireframes and mockups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively & confidently (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of APIs, Business process automation, payment processing, and card issuance technologies. Proven work experience on Digital web/mobile, API based applications on public cloud, Data analytics
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure in developing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, release planning and promotional plans, in collaboration with the marketing team
- Preferably in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech or payment processors .
- Prior work experience in API definitions and design with a good understanding of modern software stack and database knowledge a plus
- MBA or advanced MS degree is a plus
