About the Role
We’re hiring a hands‑on GTM Lead to orchestrate product launches, drive expansion revenue, and build the commercial operating system. This is a player‑coach role: you’ll execute campaigns yourself while building lightweight processes, playbooks, and a team.
You will:
- Launch new products: craft ICP, positioning, and narrative; build the launch plan, execute, and measure activation & time‑to‑value.
- Drive expansion: As we build new products design cross‑sell plays for our existing user base; partner with Product on adoption, usage depth, and revenue quality.
- Pipeline & demand: own channel tests (partner, events, targeted outbound, content), set monthly pipeline targets, and track coverage and conversion.
- Sales enablement: build talk tracks, objection handling, ROI calculators, and reference stories; keep materials tight and current.
- Pricing & packaging: run lightweight experiments and share insights with Product/Finance; set guardrails with Sales.
- Customer stories: turn wins into crisp case studies and proof points for our vertical (regulated adviser workflows).
What we’re looking for
- 3-7+ years in B2B SaaS across product marketing or GTM - with ownership of a launch or expansion motion.
- You’ve built playbooks and made them stick: messaging → campaign → enablement → dashboards.
- Clear writer and crisp storyteller; excellent with structured thinking and simple math.
- Comfort working the full stack: hands‑on execution + strategic planning; bias to experiment and automate.
- Nice to have: vertical SaaS or fintech‑adjacent experience; UK enterprise sales exposure; SQL/BI fluency.
