The Employee Experience (EX) Virtual Agent product team is expanding to build, scale, and run the core product capabilities for the Employee Assistant. We are in uncharted territory—there is no playbook for what we’re doing. In this associate-level product management role, you will support multiple workstreams and be exposed to all aspects of the product, including knowledge management, operations, change management, agentic workflows, and other major components of the program. We’re looking for someone comfortable with ambiguity, willing to learn, and ready to adapt as we go.
As an Associate, Product Management, you’ll be a hands-on contributor who helps connect feedback and performance data to meaningful product outcomes. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineering, operations, risk, and change teams to help the Employee Assistant improve with each interaction. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within the product team where you’ll roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
Job responsibilities
Support product managers across end-to-end workstreams to scale the Employee Assistant globally; help define requirements, write user stories, groom backlogs, and track dependencies
Partner with operations and risk to monitor conversations for compliance, flag deviations from firm risk and control standards, and help update guardrails and runbooks
Assist in designing, testing, and iterating agentic workflows and tooling integrations; contribute to prompt design, evaluation, and experiment plans
Assist end-to-end QA and UAT execution for new features; log issues, track fixes, and validate releases
Maintain clear documentation including PRDs, decision logs, workflow maps, runbooks, and onboarding guides
Embrace ambiguity—learn quickly, jump in where needed, and help us build the playbook as we go
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience (or equivalent internships/projects) in product management, product operations, business analysis, or data analytics
Strong curiosity and ownership mindset; hard-working, detail-oriented generalist who digs into problems and sees them through
Comfort with ambiguity and change; adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment
Analytical skills with the ability to work with data (Excel or similar); exposure to SQL or data visualization tools
Technical familiarity preferred but not required (APIs, JSON, logging/monitoring, scripting languages like Python, or version control)
Exposure to conversational AI or chatbots is a plus (intents, NLU, prompt evaluation, RAG, guardrails) or strong willingness to learn
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and summarize complex topics simply
Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple threads, drive follow-through, and keep stakeholders aligned
Risk and control mindset with commitment to compliance and responsible AI practices
Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field
