Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into scalable machine learning models and data products, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Deploy predictive and prescriptive algorithms at scale, integrating machine learning techniques into digital products to enhance user experience and operational decision-making.
• Create metrics, reports, and dashboards using both historical and real-time data to support business decisions and drive product innovation.
• Lead product development initiatives and deliver actionable insights that foster business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable machine learning solutions.
• Communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, highlighting the impact of data science and machine learning on business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data science, machine learning, and product development.
• Strong communication skills to present complex technical concepts as actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages, with experience deploying machine learning models in production.
• A numerate degree focused on data science, machine learning, or a related field, with a track record of product development.
• 2-4 years of experience applying data science and machine learning techniques at scale, with a focus on driving product innovation.
