JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking talented candidates to lead analytics in our Commercial Real Estate group. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the management and development of various data initiatives for the organization to improve processes and sales outcomes.

As an Analytics Solution Manager – Vice President in our Commercial Real Estate team, you will advance a data-centric culture by leading a team of analytics professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions using SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Qlik. You will manage a diverse portfolio of reporting and process improvement projects, collaborate with business partners to translate needs into actionable analytics, and deliver impactful insights through automated reporting and visualization. Your leadership will ensure best practices in data validation, documentation, and workflow automation, empowering your team to solve complex business challenges and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Oversee a high-volume, high-complexity reporting and analytics portfolio, applying project management discipline to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Define, design, and develop automated strategic data solutions using Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Qlik to streamline reporting and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate systems and processes to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business improvement.
  • Translate high-level business needs into actionable intermediate or complex analytical designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Present recommendations and insights to management and business partners, clearly articulating business implications and leveraging data visualization best practices.
  • Champion data quality, validation, and documentation standards across recurring reports and processes.
  • Guide and support team members in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows, especially in Alteryx and Qlik.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience leading analytics or reporting teams, with a track record in project management and delivery of complex quantitative data initiatives.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Python, and Qlik, with hands-on experience automating data solutions and reporting processes.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems using data technology and business intelligence tools.

  • Advanced quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a history of producing high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate or related industry preferred.

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation and other advanced analytics tools.

  • Familiarity with onboarding, training, and supporting team members in analytics best practices.

  • Knowledge of data governance, validation, and documentation automation.
