As part of the Enterprise Technology team at Cox Automotive Europe, our Product Engineering group is building a Connected Platform—a next-gen, cloud-native product designed to unify our systems and offer customers a single view of their assets.
This Greenfield initiative will shape our business for the next decade and beyond, and we’re looking for a hands-on Lead Developer to help drive it forward.
💼 The Role
As a Lead Developer, you’ll:
Lead a small, agile team of developers and QAs.
Shape technical direction and architecture using modern cloud-native practices.
Write, review, and maintain high-quality code.
Work cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and UX/UI experts.
Mentor your team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading dev teams in Agile environments.
Hands-on with .NET, AWS, IaC (Terraform), and event-driven architectures.
Strong grounding in TDD and secure, scalable system design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for mentoring and bringing out the best in others.
⭐ Bonus Points For
Experience with Docker, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and Kafka.
A product mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs.
