Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
₋ Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix and Castorama) level, by providing them with actionable and relevant insights and data ₋ Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide actionable recommendations for the business to take forward ₋ Build clear and insightful reporting to help stakeholders understand the performance of key business areas ₋ Support the analytics team with building the capability to enable the Group functions and Banners to self-serve with reporting and analysis ₋ Support the team to locate and define new process improvement opportunities ₋ Proactively engage and work with key stakeholders to leverage data to actively contribute ideas and opportunities to help define our roadmap ₋ Collaborate with the wider Digital and Customer analytics team to support cross-team working and opportunities ₋ Support the Group Measurement team with evolving our tracking to ensure best in class tracking of our website and app ₋ Support the wider analytics community at Kingfisher with knowledge sharing and collaboration across Group and Banner functions

Required Skills & Experience:
· Experience of working in a Digital Analytics/data environment · Experience working across a range of tools: o Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent) o Visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent) o SQL environments (BigQuery, Databricks or equivalent) · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw concise insights across multiple data sets · Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work collaboratively across different teams · Comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently · An inquisitive thinker and team-player who is adept at using data to optimise and improve digital journeys
Beneficial Skills & Experience: · A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering or Statistics would be ideal but is not essential · Experience of working with experimentation data (including data generated through A/B and multi-variate testing)
