Summary
This role will implement internal communication & engagement plans that drive colleague engagement and understanding of the role of M&S Digital & Technology, our 4 year delivery plans and our position in the wider M&S’s strategy of reshaping for growth. In addition to develop M&S Digital & Technology to becoming a top 10 great place to work in Tech in the UK.
As the Change & Engagement Manager you will play a key role in working with the Head of Engagement and Enablement to provide visible and inspirational leadership, building organisational advocacy for change activities, and developing a clear vision and standards.
You will champion procedure in Business Change Management standards, tools and processes and provide expert advice for team members and the programme/change community. As a successful Change & Engagement Manager, you will use influence and innovation to maximise change adoption and ensure a positive end-user experience for changes impacting people, process and Tech.
