The University of Manchester Disability Service is delighted to advertise an exciting opportunity for Administrative Assistants to join our team. This is a busy, high-pressure, and demanding role, forming a critical part of delivering an exemplar student and staff centred specialist advice and guidance service. You will provide essential clerical, finance, reception and administrative support across the core activities of Disability Services, supporting the University’s compliance with its Equality Act (2010) duties.

You will also provide clear and accurate information and guidance to prospective and current disabled students, disabled staff members, and colleagues across the University, relating to both internal support and external funding processes.

We are seeking a candidates with excellent interpersonal, communication and accuracy skills, who are confident working within process-driven systems. You should be able to work independently, manage a high and fast-paced workload, and contribute effectively as part of a collaborative team.
