As a Product Designer at M&S, you’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from concept to delivery and beyond. You’ll be part of our passionate Product Design and UX Research team, creating seamless experiences across our website and app, in-store interfaces, and tools that empower our colleagues behind the scenes.

What you'll do

  • Craft visually stunning designs that from high‑fidelity UI, layouts, and interaction moments to motion design —while grounding those decisions in solid UX principles.
  • Translate user insights into actionable design decisions, using research, testing, and analytics to refine flows, improve usability, and ensure the visual design elevates the overall experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research partners to ensure designs are not only beautiful, but feasible, purposeful, and aligned with real user needs.
  • Spark creativity by being part of design sprints, workshops, and collaborative sessions that keep ideas flowing.
  • Shape the future of our design system, ensuring consistency across web, app, and in-store experiences. Working through ambiguity and creating a structure and plan for your work and your collaboration with others.
