JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Home Lending Transformation team is looking for a Senior Product Associate to join our Chase MyHome business unit to support Key Stakeholder Engagement and other business management functions. Chase MyHome is a digital platform provided by JPMorganChase to help Chase customers with various aspects of homeownership, including calculating affordability, searching for homes, managing mortgages, and understanding market trends.  

As a Senior Product Associate on the Chase MyHome Product team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to business alignment around innovative solutions that address customer needs. In support of Key Stakeholder Engagement for our platform, you will collaborate with Product Team members and key business stakeholders in Home Lending to keep stakeholders informed on the status of key priorities within our book of work. Your work will directly contribute to the firm's success and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Chase MyHome Product Team members to publish a weekly Key Initiative Update (our Chase MyHome “Newsletter”) that highlights progress around topics of interest for a broad audience of Home Lending business stakeholders
  • Support the creation and upkeep of various executive leadership presentations both for bespoke meetings and re-occurring forums
  • Manage and/or support various Stakeholder Engagement meeting forums to keep our business stakeholders engaged on various key initiatives in flight 
  • Support the Chase MyHome Product leadership team by tracking and updating our forward-looking book of work “roadmap”, including various presentation and formatting styles
  • Apply critical thinking to identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the business and team, including but not limited to Key Stakeholder Engagement process improvements
  • Manage other business management functions, which may include responsibilities such as upkeep of evergreen e-mail distribution lists, future meeting/calendar planning and attendee invites, Confluence pages, and other items

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills,

  • 3 plus years of work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Detail-oriented with ability to keep track of multiple due dates and effectively plan “right-to-left” leading up to key meeting and presentation dates
  • Strong PowerPoint skills; prior Experience working on executive presentations and “telling the story”
  • Strong writing skills, including brief narratives that capture updates on key initiatives
  • Prior Experience with Agile product delivery
  • Prior Experience working with JIRA, Align and Confluence workflow tools
  • Proven ability to develop strong cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with time constraints while responding to rapidly changing priorities
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills, 

  • Mortgage industry experience is a plus
