ServiceNow Technical Lead – Insurance / FSO

DXC Technology is a global IT services leader, helping organizations modernize operations and drive innovation across their enterprise technology stack. Within DXC, our Assure Smart Apps team delivers insurance‑focused digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform.
The Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to deliver insurance workflow solutions on ServiceNow FSO. You will lead hands‑on development, manage code migration and releases, drive automation using native ServiceNow tools, and mentor junior developers. You’ll work on solutions spanning claims, policy servicing, billing integrations, AI document processing, and compliance automation.
