Job Title: Data & AI Strategy Analyst
Are you passionate about harnessing the power of Data and AI to transform business and better serve
customers? At AXA UK&I we are pioneering the next era of Data and AI driven insurance and are seeking a
forward-thinking Data and AI Strategy Analyst to help us navigate this exciting journey and redefine how we
compete, serve, and innovate in the insurance industry. Your work will directly influence our strategic
direction, helping us stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. If you’re excited about shaping the future of
data and AI and making a real difference, we want to hear from you!
This is more than just a strategy role; it’s your chance to drive AXA’s AI revolution. As a key member of our
Data Strategy and Culture team you’ll be a catalyst for our data and AI ambitions, being a vital part in
designing and executing our future roadmap. Working across teams and with senior leaders, your insights
will influence how AXA leverages AI to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and customer
experience, keeping us ahead of industry trends and technological breakthroughs.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way
that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away
from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at
one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible
working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
 Develop, execute and monitor AXA UK&I’s Data and AI Strategy, ensuring it stays aligned with our
wider ambitions and industry shifts.
 Collaborate with business stakeholders across our Health, Retail and Commercial business units to
identify, develop, and manage a pipeline of impactful use cases that demonstrate AI’s potential
across our business.
 Partner with data and technology stakeholders to ensure a strategic approach to how we evolve
our underpinning technology, platform and governance to deliver our AI vision.
 Identify and communicate industry trends, disruptions, and technological advances that affect our
business, translating them into strategic opportunities that ensure AXA remains a market leader.
 Champion a data-driven culture, helping teams see the value of Data and AI in everyday decision
making and business operations.
 Explore innovative ways of working, operating models, and processes that support our evolving
data landscape and future growth.
Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert
earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we’re able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you’re
interested in joining us at AXA, please don’t hesitate to apply.

What you’ll bring:
 Proven strategic thinking with a background in developing or delivering data and AI initiatives,
preferably within insurance or analytics environments.
 Demonstrable influencing skills with a track record in collaborating with technical experts and
business leaders to tease out business needs and build consensus.
 An analytical mindset with practical experience in assessing complex business needs, identifying
solutions, and evaluating options.
 A forward-thinking attitude with a strong awareness of Data and AI trends and the ability to
translate insights into strategic actions.
 Cross-cutting data knowledge with a broad understanding of data platforms, governance,
processes, and their impact on delivering an effective Data and AI strategy.
 Change management skills with a familiarity of guiding groups through transformation by building
stakeholder support, fostering adoption, and ensuring long-term sustainability.
 Proactive problem solving with a passion to drive Data and AI related change across people,
process and technology.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United
Kingdom.
