As a Product Manager in Cybersecurity you play a key role in delivering value to our internal consumers through enhancing the security posture to the business; focused on empowering our Technology teams to shift left in securing our applications, systems, and products.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will work alongside fellow product people, colleagues within Cybersecurity and our partners in Engineering Effectiveness and Infrastructure to define and execute our cybersecurity strategy.

- Prioritising initiatives that contribute to the broader cybersecurity strategy, balancing trade-offs effectively.
- Proactively build strong alignment within the cybersecurity team and across central teams; such as Engineering Effectiveness and Infrastructure.
- Driving performance and adoption, and work towards delivering measurable outcomes.
- Knowledge and experience in product management and cybersecurity, with a good grasp of best practices and methodologies.
- Ability to engage confidently with cybersecurity experts and translate technical insights into product decisions.
- Comfortable working in a changing greenfield and emerging environment.
- Able to demonstrate progress against objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Able to plan, conduct and analyse customer research, to inform direction.
- Experience working with software engineers and agile methodologies.
