As the Vice President serving as Senior Product Manager for Unity within our AI-enabled workflow automation platform, you will support the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Unity, focusing on AI-enabled workflow automation, including email query and exception resolution. As a part of the Regional Team Leader for India/Asia Pacific, you will lead the Mumbai-based Product, Product Services, and Dashboarding team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. You will challenge existing processes to reimagine and improve them, rather than replicating current methods. You will develop and execute workflow strategies across Markets and the Corporate and Investment Bank, prioritizing scalable solutions and self-service capabilities. Maintaining a strategic perspective, you will ensure Unity’s solutions align regionally and globally with business objectives. Utilizing analytics and metrics, you will measure success, inform strategy, and promote continuous improvement. You will build strong relationships and collaborate across Operations, Artificial Intelligence, User Experience, Product, and Technology teams, as well as with regional and global stakeholders. Demonstrating thought leadership in workflow automation, business operations, AI, technology, and UX, you will challenge and inspire innovation. You will clearly articulate product vision and strategy to team members and stakeholders at all levels. Ensuring timely and effective delivery of impactful solutions, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while continually seeking opportunities to redefine and improve the operational landscape.
