Purpose of Role
As an IT Delivery Manager, you will be the linchpin between our Product and CRM squads,
ensuring that technology solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet our strategic
objectives. You will be responsible for driving successful project delivery, managing stakeholder
expectations, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
 Strategic Alignment: Supports the Senior Customer Technology Manager in ensuring
that the work of both the Product and CRM squads aligns with broader organizational
objectives and strategic goals.
 Programme-level Oversight: Maintains a holistic view of the programme, coordinating
activities across both squads and ensuring consistency in approach and deliverables.
Develops high-level plans for the programme, outlining key activities, deliverables, and
timelines for sprints, quarters, and years.
 Squad Collaboration: Works closely with both Product and CRM squads to facilitate
collaboration, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth execution of work.
 Change and Release Management: Collaborates with IT teams to manage change and
release processes, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and with minimal
disruption.
 RAID Log Management: Works with Product Owners and vendor Product Owners to
create and maintain a consolidated RAID log for the programme, identifying and
mitigating risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
 Stakeholder Management: Identifies and engages stakeholders, ensuring that their
needs and concerns are addressed throughout the programme lifecycle.
 Documentation: Collaborates with Business Analyst and Product Analysts to create and
maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Business Case and IT delivery
records, to ensure traceability and compliance.
 Training Coordination: Works closely to the Business Analysts to organise and
coordinate training activities to ensure that the change management is properly
downloaded.
Requirements
 Strategic Alignment: Proven ability to align IT initiatives with broader organizational
goals and drive strategic business outcomes.
 Program Management: Experience in managing complex IT projects, including planning,
scheduling, and risk management.
 Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to
effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
 Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software
development methodologies.
 Change Management: Expertise in managing change initiatives and ensuring smooth
transitions.
 Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a timely and effective
manner.
 Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

 Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
 Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment and a deep
understanding of Agile principles and practices.
 Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making and
measure project success.
 Innovation and Creativity: A creative thinker who can identify innovative solutions to
complex IT challenges and drive continuous improvement.
 Collaboration and Teamwork: A strong team player who can work effectively with
diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
