JR-54433 Senior Design Engineer

Be apart of the team collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those needs and create solutions that balance technology risks against business delivery, driving consistency.

To be successful as a Senior Design Engineer, you should have experience with:

• Defining architecture for hybrid/multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) solutions. Create frameworks, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Designing microservices and API strategies (REST/GraphQL, API Gateway, load balancers).
• Implementing event-driven and domain-driven architectures.
• Design data architecture: conceptual/logical/physical models, data lineage, masking, compliance (GDPR, DPDP).

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Ensure security & privacy by design; IAM, encryption, regulatory adherence.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Drive observability: logging, monitoring, tracing, SLOs.
• Optimize cloud cost and ensure resilience (DR, HA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders; communicate trade-offs and decisions.
• Document architecture: diagrams, API specs, data flows, ADRs.
• Prior experience within the banking domain.
