Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 per year
Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Corporate Trust Attorney to their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience with a Corporate Trust and/or Securities background. In this position you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings!
