Summary

We are seeking a passionate a passionate Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team and work along data scientists to deliver Data Science solutions. This role will help discover and implement state-of-the-art solutions for our ML projects to enable rapid experimentation, increase accuracy of our models and ensure high quality of our products. This role will be part of a collaborative team that is integral to establishing the environments and processes to quickly build and deploy ML solutions into production.

You will play a key role in driving our ambition to create a best-in-class MLOps engineering team, environment, and culture. We are looking for people to join our community of engineers to drive this transformation, build a modern data platform using exciting technologies and do the best work of their careers.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement robust ML pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Data Scientists to productionise ML models using engineering principles and reusable frameworks.
  • Embed automation, testing, and monitoring into ML workflows to ensure reliability.
  • Act as a quality gatekeeper for production deployments, ensuring best practices and coding standards are met.
  • Lead initiatives to improve MLOps maturity within M&S.

Who you are

  • Experienced in building and deploying machine learning solutions at scale.
  • Proficient in Python, Spark, and cloud technologies, preferably Azure.
  • Experienced building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
  • Strong problem-solver who can work effectively across cross functional teams.
  • Passionate about improving engineering practices.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
