What you’ll be doing, day to day as a Agency Relationship Manager

Leading end-to-end workforce planning across 10–15 sites

Owning recruitment performance, fill rates, budgets and pipelines

Managing agency partnerships and driving performance

Designing campaigns that actually deliver, not just look good on paper

Using data to make smart, commercial decisions in real time
