You will be a part of a collaborative global team, while leveraging technology to drive processes and systems efficiency.Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, priorities, and constraints.• Translate requirements and business objectives into actionable system solutions.• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.• Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to support system enhancements and implementations.• Analyze and document complex business processes, data flows, and system interactions, and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions and project objectives.• Collaborate with software developers, QA analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.• Act as a technical lead for other business analysts, taking ownership of technical deliverables and driving them to successful completion.• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
